This is a Christmas Eve tradition that my daughter and I started many years ago. We use to go to Midnight Mass and then would be hungry so food it needed to be. Even so late on a Christmas Eve.
So I love to cook. OK....I love to throw things together. I can follow a recipe but I usually just use it as a guideline. I add more of this and less of that. I find I am a hero in the kitchen.
