Kid Goes On Rampage At Chuck E. Cheese Spitting On People & Bullying Kids – Parents No Where To Be Found [VIDEO]

Watching this video really disturbs me. I feel bad for all the people that had to deal with this. But, I also feel bad for the kid. Where are his parents and do they even care enough about him to pay attention to him?

Throughout this entire video, this little boy is causing a massive scene at a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant and not once do you see his parents in the video. He is running around bullying other kids and even begins spitting on people.
