In 1990, there were four mutated turtles living in a sewer that had taken the world by storm. Later this month, April O'Neil and the rest of the cast from the original 1990 movie will be teaming up to host an online pizza party.

Check out the announcement below. The music sounds like it was ripped right out of the '90s.

Sure it can't replace YC3, Amarillo's comic convention that was scheduled for this month, but with YC3 being postponed it might be the next best thing.

The original cast and crew will be hanging out online with fans celebrating the 30th anniversary of the film. The virtual "pizza party" will be on May 23, which is "World Turtle Day."

Just in case you're thinking that "Go Ninja" is going to be a part of this, it's probably not. Vanilla Ice didn't make the world's cheesiest rap song until the second Turtles film.

So while we all wait for more details regarding Yellow City Comic Convention, we can at least enjoy this. The Facebook event page for it even hints at "surprise guests."

For more details on Yellow City Comic Convention, check out this post about it being postponed and some of the guests lined up for this year.

Also, be sure to give YC3 a like on Facebook so you can stay up to date with the latest announcements, and check out their website for updates on the schedule of events.
