One Thing To Do In Amarillo This Weekend

This weekend is looking like it is going to be one of the best we have had in such a long time in terms of weather. It's going to be beautiful. So what do you do when you have such good weather? Well you go out of course.

There is no sense in staying indoors, or at home when you can spend some time out. Take your family and get out for a while. You don't want to waste this nice weather. Before you know it, the heat will come and it will be sweltering outside. So before the summer heat suffering begins take advantage of this weather while you can.

So what is it that we can do?

Go on a picnic!

Take your family or friends to the park with a home packed picnic and play around. Or you can pack the ingredients to BBQ. Maybe take a frisbee or a soccer ball to play around with. Soak up the sun and have some fun. If you don't mind a little drive you can to go Palo Duro Canyon for your picnic and then hike around the canyon for some sightseeing. It all depends on your motivation to take in the good weather.

Just don't sit around all weekend, get out in the sun. Soak up the vitamin D and maybe get a head start on your tanning. Have fun with your family and friends and don't stay cooped up inside all weekend.
