Parents have had an interesting year. We went from working in offices to working from home. Kids have gone from going to school to all being home schooled. These two worlds have intertwined because parents have now had to step up and help with the teaching.

So this morning before coming in to my internship I decided that it was time to hook my phone up to my laptop and connect it to iTunes. You know, backup all my photos and music. I was also going to download some ringtones. Low and behold, iTunes wasn’t working for me...
