Nobody really likes the idea of getting a shot. That was then and well this is now. We are still not crazy about needles but more and more people are posting about getting their vaccine.

I spend a lot of time scrolling through Facebook. I also spend a lot of time scrolling through news sites too. It comes with the job and I want to be in-the-know of what is happening around Amarillo.

So when Covid hit back in March a lot of businesses shut down. They became online only. Even a lot of doctor appointments became a Televisit. Which was kind of cool. We also were all told that if our tags on our car expired not to worry about it.

The Northside Toy Drive has been a great way to help the kids of Amarillo have a great Christmas. There are some times that the kiddos really need us to step up and not forget about them. Christmas is a big time of year.

We all know the dangers of drinking. The dangers get even worse if you decide to drink underage. For whatever reason you think it is a rite of passage. Well if that includes jail time than great.

We see countless memes going around saying that if you are cold so are your pets. Make sure you bring them inside. This is one hundred percent true. I feel bad enough making my dog, Chipper, go outside to use the restroom. She hates going out. So I put a puppy pad out just in case when I leave for work.
