The Lufkin Licker Has Inspired MORE Copycat Ice Cream Lickers

Last week news broke of a viral video showing someone licking a tub of Blue Bell ice cream, and then putting it back in the freezer at a Walmart. This person became known as the Lufkin Licker, and authorities wasted no time in tracking her down.

Thanks to the glory of the world wide web, and our crippling addiction to attention, copycats have picked up where the Lufkin Licker left off. Enter this genius from Louisiana.

According to reports, the man in the video is Lenise Lloyd Martin III. He's a 36-year-old who is now looking at doing a little time for pulling his own ice cream licking stunt.

Reports go on to state that he claimed he bought the tub of ice cream after he filmed the video, and even provided a receipt as proof.

Still didn't save him from being booked on charges of posting of criminal activity for notoriety and publicity, and 1 count of criminal mischief for tampering with property; according to reports.

Even if you go on to buy the tub of ice cream, probably still a bad idea to film yourself tampering with a tub of Blue Bell and posting it online. Authorities, and Blue Bell, are taking all instances of ice cream tampering very, very seriously.
