What can I say about my friend Vicki McLean? She is a fabulous person. She really is that. I met her back in 2008 when she came in to visit me at a radio station I worked at many moons ago. She would come in and talk about Dracula. Oh and of course the Nutcracker and any other great ballet they had in between.
I always knew when I had Vicki in she was a great interview. Oh and she was a friend. Last time she came in the Mix 94.1 studio we got to catch up on her life. I was excited to hear her stories.
I love that she got to retire on her own. She is such a great person. She had such passion for the Lone Star Ballet. She really did.
But all good things must come to an end. Here we are in 2020 and Vicki announced that she was retiring from the Lone Star Ballet effective on November 7th. So she is officially retired.
